Can’t sign in because email isn’t valid?

I tried to sign into a old account and when I tried it says my password was wrong when I did forgot my password it then said my email address wasn't valid. If someone can please help me with this as it is very frustrating.

after clicking on "get started" the next screen will come up saying "loading..." then the screen turns blank and will not change, please help me fix this problem, I had already tried resetting IE multiple times, it doesn't work at all.

I cannot send or reply to an email. The error message is Microsoft is shutting down. The a restart begins after about 90 seconds.

I recently installed Microsoft Office 365.  I set up Outlook and can receive messages but cannot send or reply to a message.

Skydrive and MSNTV

After being informed by MSN that my favorites have been successfully copied to Skydrive from MSNTV, when I go to Skydrive I'm then informed that there are no saved files. Can someone please advise me about this?

I have two Microsoft account mails.hot mail.com and outlook.com.where I use my outlook.com mail?

I can’t link my hotmail address to Outlook 2010, but it works easily with another hotmail account?

Hi,

I have spent hours trying to get a hotmail account to link in to Outlook 2010. It searches for server settings and then I get asked to type in the password in a little Windows Security window. It reappears another 3 times before I get this error code 0x8004103. This is for friends, I connected my own email address to their laptop to check if it was a problem with their outlook, it took seconds. I can log in to outlook.com with their account no problem so the password is correct.

Any ideas? Anything I can do, or is it at the other end?

Office 365 redirects to outlook which will not let me log in to my email

I have recently received the "You are currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com" error message.  I tried the steps listed in the pinned discussion, which did not help me.  The first time I logged in to Office 365 everything was fine.  I could not log in the next day.  Now every time I try to log in to Office 365 I have to use the "audio" captcha because the text method is broken (always says you entered the wrong characters). When I enter the audio characters and click "Sign In" the page is redirected to outlook.com (which is where I encountered the first error message).  This email was issued as a .edu email through a college of which I am an alumni of.  I did not receive any change notifications from the college nor Microsoft.  Please help, this is my primary email address that has been non-accessible for weeks.
