I have an ipad and downloaded skydrive are the 2 compatible?

My account was renamed from @msn.com to @hotmail.com last nite by mistake. It wouldn't allow me to go back to using @msn.com but I have not received any of my emails from my old address. The email I received from outlook said that my emails sent to my
old account would go to my new one. How can I get my emails that are going to my @msn.com address?
I'm not getting web activity reporting for 2 profile standard accounts. It reports everything on my parent-admin account up to the current date. On the standard accounts, I click the box to show sites accessed by non-browser apps and the dates read 2 days earlier even though they were accessed the prior and current day. I've searched the forum and saw to refresh to get the latest updates. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Windows live family safety. All the settings are the exactly the same on my parent account and the 2 standard accounts. My system info is below. Let me know what to do!!

Is it still true that Craigslist's anonymous 2-way email posts and Outlook are incompatible? I see this is an OLD problem that still isn't resolved. I missed a dinner date because of it tonight. Why can't outlook and craigslist resolve this huge problem?
Why can't we at least be warned??
I already sent two emails to Outlook.com's help page, no replies yet.
I read similar threads. Is my only solution to open a new mail account with a different program? If so, I'm closing my hotmail/outlook account and will never return. If you can help me, I'll wait on that change.
BTW, I had to open five pages of nearly identical complaints to be able to post this.
My computer constantly keeps "freezing" - cannot resolve the situation. Any hints?

I'm using Outlook Express in order to send and receive e-mails.
A few days ago, I received the following error for the first time:
Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.3.4 Requested action not taken; We noticed some unusual activity in your Hotmail account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account.', Port: 25, Secure port(SSL): Yes, Server
Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69.
I tried to log-in through a browser and after typing my password, I got a message that my Account is temporarily blocked and I have to verify it.
So, I verified it by sending an sms on my mobile. I have been asked to change my password and then everything was on place again. I started sending/receiving e-mails again.
This kept for two days. Then the account has again been blocked and I received the same message again.
I did the same procedures and the account has been released for another 2 days.
This happened 4-5 times 'till today, that I changed again the password and re-activated my account.
This e-mail account is used only by me and the maximum number of e-mails sent daily is 15. Of course, they have nothing to do with spamming.
But, usually I send 5-10 e-mails daily.
Do you have any idea which my problem might be? How can I solve this issue???
I have tried from different ISP's and again I'm getting the same results. It seems that something goes wrong with my account.
