My Hotmail account

I am writing you from Dubai, UAE. You have blocked my hotmail account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, three days back by giving a reason that "it looks like some else might be using your account" but I am sure that no one can access my account except myself. This can be of two reasons, Reason 1- I was in India for the last 6 months and I was using different computers to open my account, Reason 2- Recently I have installed my account in my newly bought Samsung Galaxy mobile.
I'm using the account for over 10 years and can't really remember the security answers or any codes, I have filled up maximum what I could do in the form which you have provided but every it gets rejected. Please note that I have a lot of very important contacts and mail in my account. I am a job seeker at the moment and I have applied for many jobs through this account so it is very  important for me to get this account bank to continue my life in this world.
Requesting you to help me to get my account at the earliest.

I can receive emails on my ipad but cannot send them

I can sign in on my desktop and receive and send emails using my hotmail address. I have been doing the same on my Ipad for 2 years. However, now for some reason I can only receive emails on my ipad but I cannot send them! I get a message refering me to Settings saying the username or password for my SMTP is incorrect. How can it be incorrect when I can receive emails on the Ipad. Please can someone help to resolve this. Many thanks

Hi,

 

We are using outlook.com as the front end for our emails, i.e. we have setup an account to send and receive emails through our provider's SMTP and POP3 servers.

 

The problem is that we are finding that some emails are bouncing back with the error as below.

 

Why is this happening and how can we stop it?

I can't open a message in my draft folder. It only happens with one particular message. It says: "Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request." Help! This is a long message with a lot of info and I need to access it.

Hi,
I posted a query about a missing gap of emails and received a reply the next day.  It sent me to a link where the issue had been escalated and the individual asked for additional information.  I provided it right away and have not heard back yet.  I wanted to send another message to see how things were progressing, but can no longer access that thread.  Can someone please look into this?  In addition, what is the turn around time for replying to queries?  I really need those missing emails back ASAP.
