I cannot connect to my email through Windows Live Mail 2011 at all. The program tries to connect and authorize but never completes. I have confirmed ports and settings with Comcast twice. I have turned off my virus protection software, and then tried
to completely uninstall the Norton program but neither of those steps had any effect. I receive the following error message each time I try to open my email:

I tried to add askafinancepro.com and askafinancialpro.com for custom email. It says that this domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.
Also - can you provide a list of protected words? I register lots of domains and would like to avoid this problem in the future if possible

Password problems I had been forced to change my password due to your overly strict monitors....
I did not want to change it....

I need to get it back to the password I was using....
For personal reasons I need that password, however when I try to change it back it says I need to select a password I have never used before....
I didn't want to change it in the first place....
I can not have so many different passwords.... I can not remember them.... It shouldn't have to be so difficult....
I posted this same problem recently with an invalid response and the post was closed off so I couldn't reply.
The response gave me a link to another support area, however following the links it came to a fault. When it asked me to sign in I click on "sign in", but it took me to a blank page...
Please resolve, QUICKLY, WITH LITTLE FUSS AND WITH PROPER CONSULTANTS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...
