How do I Stop certain programs (ie: FROSTWIRE) from automatically starting up?
Windows Live Mail in Windows 8 will not download images in e-mails.  And yes, I have unchecked the box for "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail". Every time I close down and reopen Windows Live Mail the images will download for the first few minutes, then will stop downloading again until I close and re-open the program again.  How do I get the images to always download?
I have gone through dozens of your topics to find out why all my entire 12 years of usage mail have disappeared.
The only thing remotely close to why it happened is inactivity yet i had accessed my mail on December 2012 to look for a Product key code. Now ive lost the key code mail from 2009 as well. Including a project assignment mail that i had which is gone along with the mail and is not even there in the Quickview.

I do not send mails from this account but have always kept my mails for future references. I do not have outlook client linked either.
My facebook account too was linked with this primary address and it seems even the mails coming from that has not helped.

Am i also going to get an automated response that you apologize for the "inconvenience" caused? an inconvenience that has no way of getting back all the way from 2001?

Regards
Ashik
I can get my emails from outlook.com on my iphone but cannot respond to them. I get a messgage that says  that my password and user ID for *** Email address is removed for privacy *** @SMTP.live.com are wrong. That is the same generic message I got last week when outlook.com was having server issues and then sent an apology email to all users. Same problem this week or is there something I need to do? Thx!

Hello,

I have been working with a retailer that sends their newsletter via Constant Contact, and no matter what either of us do, I'm not receiving their newsletters, and they're not getting a bounce back message.  I've read through the numerous posts regarding people having issues receiving emails sent via a Constant Contact sender (ccsend.com) and it all seemed to end with a moderator adjusting some unknown setting on their accounts.  I have attempted all of the regular "fixes" (adding sender's address/domain to white list, adding sender's email to contact list, etc) to no avail. While working with this most recent sender, I've realized I have several other newsletters I am no longer receiving that came from Constant Contact email address domains. Can you tell me where the "do NOT block ccsend.com Constant Contact emails" setting is? Please contact me for the email address details.

Thank you

Microsoft sent me a message through my Hotmail:

We need to make sure you can receive a security code if you ever lose access to this account.

Where should we send your code ?

....................................................................................................................

They then show an e-mail address I no longer have.  Try as I might there appears to be no way I can let them know about the redundant address, even though they sent me a code to my mobile, when I gave it to them they continually try accessing the redundant address  ?

I even phoned them,  no help whatsoever there is no support for Hotmail and was directed to this forum.

In 2 days the account will be locked unless I can solve this dilemma.

The system recognizes my login details but I can't login and check my email. It says me "There is a problem with Outlook". How can I sort it? Please help me as I need to check important email.

Regards

I continue to receive the "sorry..." and "problem with outlook" messages every time I open e-mail. I have complained before, and now I want an answer.

How do I get that?

Lorcas 2010

Today I have tried to log into one of my hotmail.com accounts. When I normally log in, I go straight to my email inbox. Today, however, I have received the following message -

"Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft."

It seems to be confined to this one account. I have other hotmail accounts and have logged into these successfully.

A couple of days ago I reset my security info - I know it takes 30 days for the changes to take place, does it also mean you can't view your emails for those 30 days?

Please help, it's not been a great couple of days - first my xbox gamertag gets corrupted and now this!!

My printer won't print from my computer and is stuck and has one in the queue and I can't get rid of it. How can I fix the problem and also how do I make a backwards slash?

Thank you, barney
