WindowsLive has nevers sent my e-mails. Get message box about incorrect server

In the 2 years I've had WindowsLive, I've never once been able to send an e-mail through it, yet it constantly pops up whenever I click an e-mail address or a "send us a message" link on a site.  I have to wait for it to pop up then click it off and type the e-mail address in manually. 
When I do try to use WindowsLive I always get a pop up message that says the Server is incorrect. It doesn't tell me what to do and I don't 
have a clue what as to what I'm supposed to do. 

Can anyone please tell me?  If it helps, I use a Dell Inspiron desktop running Windows7.  GoogleChrome is my browser as I've had too many 
problems with IE. (it still works for some sites). I had this problem when I still used IE.  Thanks to all who can help.

when we open microsoft outlook, it goes directly to our email, without having to enrter our email address and password.  We want to change this back to requiring us to enter our email address and password.  how do we reset that.?

I am no longer receiving messages in Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 via POP

I have been using Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook) for my emails for the past 18 months.  I have an msn.com email address and hotmail was originally set up with a POP folder to transfer my emails into Outlook. This worked great with no problems until just recently. Now I can send emails from Outlook and they go through but I am not receiving any new emails in my inbox.  I receive them in my POP folder in hotmail but not in the Microsoft Office program.  When I run the send and receive tests in Outlook it passes everytime with no errors yet I still cannot receive new emails.  I am having to use hotmail (or Outlook now) for my emails.  That's what makes it even more confusing when trying to explain my problem, hotmail is now Outlook, but I am referring to the paid version of Outlook that came with Microsoft Office. Please help me!!!!

windows live movie

I transfered some movies from my JVC mini DV camera to my sony DVD burner and then put them on my HP windows 8 computer.  Windows live movie maker will open all of the titles except the fist one.  How come and how do I change that?

Also, some of the photos I've included in the movie have "smooshed", for lack of a better term.  Meaning they look shorter and squatier, and I'm sure my daughter, the bride, won't appreciate that. Most photos don't do that, just some.  Any ideas or suggestions?

Hello, I have an urgent request, the wlmp project I was working on for weeks is now not opening. 

It is for my sons' first birthday. 

I get message, "Sorry, Movie Maker can't open this project file. The file might not be compatible with Movie Maker or be corrupted."

Please advise.

Missing emails

I have just gone onto my hotmail account and found that recent emails have gone missing. I am positive that I have not deleted them - and even if I had they are missing from my deleted items too. 

I have tried using the search option to find the emails just in case they have moved to a folder but they are completely missing from my account. 

I would be extremely appreciate of anyone could help me to discover these lost emails as some of them were important.
