I recently had to re-install by Windows 7 OS to correct some corruption in the registry. As part of that re install,I had to re-install Windows 365 as well.
(I've been a subscription user of Office 365 since March 2013). When I re-established my outlook calendar (I forgot to save my outlook files before replacing the OS) I noticed two things. No more could I use categories for my calendar entries and the use
of more than one color on the calendar was not possible. I tried to add the categories function to the tool bar, but it limited itself to "New Tab". I don't even know how to access this "new tab"
I simply don't see how it is possible for the formatting of the basic program to change upon re-install of the central software.
I am trying to add the domain payneluyten.com.au to my domains.live.com account but recieving the error message:
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if

Several months ago, when setting up one of the aliases on my hotmail account in outlook.com, I typed in a name, which apparently contained an apostrophe. I didn't think catch it at the time and the program did not challenge it. It accepted the name and
set it up with the apostrophe. I just now caught this and when I try to setup another alias for the same name, without the apostrophe, it says the name is already assigned. While the account with the apostrophe works, I believe the account without the
apostrophe is mine but I can't get to it. Who do I contact to get this resolved?
I set up live.com accounts for my 2 daughters when the live.com domain was first introduced. I went through all the steps of verifying that I am an adult and giving them both consent to use the Microsoft services. Why now am I being told to give consent
for my 13 year old daughter consent and why is a credit card required of me again and why am I being charged $0.50 again in order for my daughter to use her email????
All of my emails disappeared from the inbox. I attempted to retrieve deleted emails but none were recovered. It looks like my sent items remains intact. These emails disappeared over this past weekend.

I recently purchased a new computer and can't get my outlook email delivered to it. I tried adding my franklin.m.thompson@outlook. as
an alias and I receive a message that it is already taken. I am trying to change over all of my email to my outlook account but only able to receive it on my phone. What do I need to do?
I cannot add a new contact to messenger. Each time I try I receive this error:

Steps:
outlook.com => Outlook drop down menu and click on People => Manage (drop down menu) => Invite on messenger => Enter friend's address => Error page
I checked my service status page and everything is fine (all green checks).

I've changed my password numerous times and changed my authentication to receive a code to my phone for any security issues but my contacts are still receiving spam from my email address. Furthermore, none of the spam emails appear in my sent message box.
How do I fix this problem and stop sending spam?!

I am unable to receive emails on my custom domain. I have setup my MX records and everything.
Please help me troubleshoot, how do I got about solving this.
