first time posting here so here goes,
around ten minutes ago i was notified on my phone that i had been logged out of my email account on my android phone and when i try to enter the password to log back in, it will just not load, then i tried to log in on the pc, i have tried chrome and IE,
i go to www.outlook.com , i then login and after logging in, the page will not load and then just asks me to refresh, is anyone else in the same boat?

After putting my credentials it says ie can't open the page. I've tried another browser and another computer and it doesn't work, either. Is there any problem with the server?

So I work in a government school, and I've been informed that we had a hotmail account that the school was using as
their apple ID email. However when I try to perform a password reset on outlook.com, it says the account is invalid.
So I'm wondering whether it's been deleted, or if its still active, and if it is, what the process is on getting back into it.
It hasn't been used in quite some time and has change hands quite a few times, so I'm unaware of the password/reovery creds.
All help appreciated.
