what is this? My newly reset password doesn't work.
Earlier today I reset my password for Apple ID and my Hotmail account. Now when I want to use my iPad it keeps asking me to enter the password for the Exchange account "Hotmail".

I'm so serious cuz I'm just updates my Iphone5 to IOS7 and i cant log in my icloud

So I work in a government school, and I've been informed that we had a hotmail account that the school was using as
their apple ID email. However when I try to perform a password reset on outlook.com, it says the account is invalid.
So I'm wondering whether it's been deleted, or if its still active, and if it is, what the process is on getting back into it.
It hasn't been used in quite some time and has change hands quite a few times, so I'm unaware of the password/reovery creds.
All help appreciated.

I am trying to set up an apple ID using my hotmail e-mail account. I am told that an Apple ID already exists for my e-mail address. I know that I haven't set up an Apple ID but, just to check, I tried to change my password for the apple ID. I am asked
for my date of birth and it tells me that the authentification does not match.
my friend's e-mail doesn't exist. She used the e-mail as an Apple ID and she share her ID to her friends to use with their iPhones. One of her friends change ID on iPhone to another ID. Somehow it doesn't work and the previous e-mail disappear from the
system. I'm not closed to this friend but I've been asked for help from them. Any idea what happen? If I create the same e-mail and apply to Apple ID, all things will be back or not?
