Please help!!.......when I sign in to my outlook email account, it seems I do sign in but this page only comes up saying "An error occurred while processing your request. Ref#______."
I have tried signing in on different computers but no success.
For weeks now i have had this problem where the SkyDrive desktop app shows me a red cross (http://postimg.org/image/5ecw9ri6x/) and doesn't actually sync my data. When i go to the SkyDrive
metro app, i get this message "Your SkyDrive has been experiencing a large volume of traffic. Please try again tomorrow or contact support for more info." (http://postimg.org/image/d7qpqspfv/).
I can access SkyDrive and all content already uploaded just fine via the website, but new content is not being synced.
I have a paid Skydrive account to the total of 75GB, with only roughly 48GB in use. I use it to backup photos and a few documents i like to have available across devices.
I am running Windows 8.1 Preview so not sure if that has anything to do with this issue. i cannot say that i immediately noticed this after installing 8.1 a few months ago.
How can i fix this, i do not feel like I'm getting value for my money at all because i cannot sync new content.

I have had this message for the last three days now. I managed to get some emails on my mobile but am unable to send any, also can't send emails as I can't get in. I am not typing the address incporrectly as I am using a bookmarked page. NOT funny as I am abroad and need to keep in touch with my team.

For some reason, I haven't been able to use the "All photos" view on SkyDrive for months. In fact, I'm not even sure if it's ever worked since the feature was introduced in May. Selecting "All photos" from the sidebar displays the loading indicator for about 30 seconds followed by an error:

I have tried this multiple times over the last few months, but "All photos" never successfully loads. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

I have been locked out of hotmail for weeks now. I have tried everything to get reset. I called a phone number. they set me up with a case . they emailed me telling me to post a question. How do I ever get back in. It will not take my answers to my questions.
I have tried too many times. Please help.

I just today changed from cable to CenturyLink and got a new phone number. I tried to update my security info with that new phone number, but then I could not get back into my email account. Something about it taking 30 days to process that. Sorry,
but that is not acceptable. There has to be a better way. Of course I cancelled the update, so the phone number on there isn't what I have now, and of course I no longer have am alias, since that was stopped awhile back where you could not have linking email
accounts. So where does it leave us? Unless something else is worked out so a person isn't crippled up by not having access to their email account for such a long time just for a phone number update. I sure hate to have to get rid of Outlook, but I don't
see any option right now and can't take the chance that I will lose all my info and folders because of a phone number. I would rather switch to Yahoo or monster or Gmail then to really mess with losing my access for 30 days. Sure hope someone can assure
me that this can be resolved.
