I have not been able to access my Xbox live account  for a good few months now due to proofs

The email address registered to the account is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the gamer tag in question is Shemmell

I called support today and they took me through some processes,  the account linked to the one in question is no longer in use and the questionnaire fails  every time.  I have now been told I have to use my console Id. (467308702405) to regain access.

I would appreciate if this could be resolved as it has been too long and have paid for a subscription I have not had access to

Outlook.com emails moving to deleted folder

Hello

 

I have been using outlook.com prior to the mandatory changeover and have never experienced any problems until the 17th August 2013 .

 

Emails, not all emails that are in my inbox keep moving to the delete folder, I keep moving them back to the inbox and the next time I log on to my account  they have moved back to the delete folder.

 

I have ensured that the emails in question are on my safe contact list but they still keep moving to the delete folder. 

 

I am now checking my delete folder first as if it were my inbox.

 

Its driving me mad has any one had the same problem? and any idea of how to fix this?

I have not used my hotmail account (now outlook) for almost ten years. However I need to find something in an old email back from Dec. 2002/January 2003. Anyone know how I can retrieve my old emails from that time period? Thank you.

someone hacked my account and now it is russian. They changed the security information and i can’t understand it to change it.

Someone hacked into my account and changed the security information.  I can access my account, but there email is listed as the security one now and all of the information is in Russian.  So, when I do log in I am not able to change anything.

I can't print from my iPhone to my wireless printer, even though my computer has no problem printing to it (suggesting its not the printer that is the problem), and my phone prints fine to my dads wireless printer (suggesting its not the phone that's the problem). Ideas anyone?

lost hotmail contacts

Hello I was recently changed over from Hotmail.com to an outlook.com email account and within the last week I have lost all of my contacts and I can not figure out why.  I've tried to go to the people hub and restore my contacts but it shows as there are not contacts that need to be restored.  I also checked the settings and all of my available outlets are selected but still no contacts if there anything you can help me out with.  My e-mail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, can you please e-mail me to help further assist me with this issue.

Hi,

 

Since creating a Live.co.uk account last year which I haven't started using yet I have received over 100 emails seeming for someone else either using or who has previously used this email account.

 

They include emails from eBay confirming purchases etc , Tombola Bingo, and also recently from the Microsoft Account Security, in these email I am getting personal details including their account user name, obviously I not going to share these details here.

 

There is also an ebay account set up using this live.co.uk  account, one which I been able to access.

 

How do I contact Microsoft to sort this out?
