Question about Outlook Express

Hi,

I'm trying for several hours to deactive this hotmail account because I want to close it. The problem is that everytime I click on the Link Outlook provides (http://g.live.com/1MBAMes-pe/t_close??WLXID=531c9cd1-e4c3-468f-983e-2cae9d9d0cdc&RID=0ef6ca17b07&TID=1378929470938&lid=), Outlook just tale me to live.com.

Please help me out and I want to close this account as soon as possible.

My ex girlfriend has blocked me out of my account, she has set the emails for password recovery to hers and her phone number. The security info i used to use to get in wont work anymore as she must have changed it all in my account. I have tried to contact microsoft a million times but i cant find anything at all.

I really need help because she could be sending emails from me!!

If you can help and she has changed the info and cant verify its me i am in the Isle of Man and she has gone back to England so will be accessing my account from there can you please do something to stop this girl doing anymore damage please?

Someone please help me?

Also i have filled out another form and because i am having to use my mums email address because i cant get into mine when i try and look at the link for the support site i get the message -

 Can someone please help me get her out of my emails this is really important someone read please and help.

I can sign into Outlook okay, but then instead of getting the usual page where I can access my emails, etc., I get a page that is way different with everything all strung out, and the page never completely loads.  Clicking on messages, etc. does nothing.  Nothing will open.  This has been going on for at least the past 24 hours for me.

I JUST TRIED AGAIN TO GET INTO MY OUTLOOK, AND I WAS ABLE TO OKAY NOW.  PRAISE THE LORD!

So I created a new account and don't remember my password, it's now blocked and I cant access it as I need to reset my password but to do that Microsoft either has to send and email to the blocked account which I cant access or I have to answer the questionnaire which asks about recent emails but I haven't sent any yet, I NEED to access this new account as universities that I've been interested in are supposed to contact me on this email, so please someone help me, plus my teachers are sending me important documents that I need from that account this month.

Month later, I discovered that outlook.com deleted my emails. I've lost so important messages. 

Actually, I made recover to my emails and i got some of them. But still i want to recover the rest of them.
