How can I get Bing art clips back on my Outlook e-mail?

Is there anywhere to lodge a complaint about the new "upgraded" hotmail? I am extremely displeased with aspects of the new Outlook.com - but I have not been able to find anywhere to make comments to anyone who can do anything about it? I have spent over 2 hours today trying to find somewhere to make comments to "outlook.com" (or whoever is in charge of the website - but I can't find anything. I waited for over 30 minutes waiting to chat with a microsoft customer service representative. I asked where can I lodge a complaint and make suggestion of issues that need to be address. I was pointed back to where I had started. 

Has anyone figured out how to get comments to "the people that be". (Aka - someone who can actually do something about the problems - versus just being directed to where to ask 'how to' questions. I don't have a 'how to' question. I have a %$#@ing complaint to lodge. Has anyone figured a way out of this circle of frustration?

There isn't even anywhere to post this question! 

Trouble “verifying” my Outlook account.

I give my phone number, they send a text of 6 numbers, I try to enter the numbers in the space provided, but it will not accept more than 4 numbers... there is some kind of block in the rectangle space provided to input the numbers. Tried closing out, and going back in, etc. ,nothing!

parental restrictions

I  removed the date of birth from our outlook email not knowing that it would now think I am  under-aged. It has now placed parental restrictions and keeps asking for a parent to sign in. What so I do - ( I am a grandmother and definitely not under- aged)

SkyDrive for Mac: Not working over unauthenticated proxy

I connect to the internet through a proxy server unauthenticated. I was able to set up skydrive and it used to work for a while but since then it has stopped working at all. The icon is greyed out saying "waiting for Internet connection". this is very frustrating. using OS X 10.8.4

live mail keeps reloading deleted emails

I have been using live mail for ages yet for some time now it keeps reloading deleted emails. Does anyone know how to stop this? I have tried deleting account and re installing but it doesnt make any difference.  Am accessing emails via tablet for over 12 months. Thanks E

Problem corrected has returned: Font size dropped down mid email on the lap pc(not desktop) & correcting via options does not function. Help anyone?

The font size dropping down (Outlook only) and cannot be corrected using Email options to change the font size.  The font is so small that I canot
read it...but ONLY in the Outlook email.  There is no identical problem using my desktop.  Help anyone? Thanks.

Hotmail Outlook VS Microsoft XP Login problems

I am having a recurring problem whenever I use  an HP Pavilion 753N to sign into my Hotmail Account. I always get a screen saying

There is a Problem signing in to Outlook. I click on the bar there & the connection is made. I do NOT have any problrm signing in using

my Windows 7 Account.  Does Windows XP no longer support the Outlook connection ? How can I avoid this in the future ?

Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated.

My friend hotmail account was hacked, secret question changed also the alternative email was changed

Hi there ,
Two days ago my friend email account was hacked. And started to send spam emails to all contact list. In addition the hacker also changed the password, secret question and the alternative email. 
My friend lost his account his contacts and his private documents and data ... And this was his working email account containing his passport and other important stuff ...
Please please help me to help him get his account back
