I haven't used my SkyDrive for several months, but today i needed to upload some photos to share and I am having problems. In the past, when I would select my photos to upload and start to upload, I would hit the "x" on the upload window and a check box
would pop up to upload at lower resolution, but that option is not there today. It is only uploading the full resolution photos which is not what I want. Did something change? Where is the option to upload lowere resolution photos? I am on a Windows 7 pc......not
a windows phone.
So, I think my account was hacked and deactivated. I have no idea when it happened. Is there anyway I can get my email back? I found out when I was trying to login to my email and it said my email account didn't exist. I did not deactivate the email. Any

I have a problem with my hotmai account or now called Outlook.Whenever I try replying to a receipent who has sent me a reply I get the following error:
his is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I know for sure there is nothing wrong with the receipient's email server and the address is a good one. however this same error has happened with several other contacts of mine. Does anyone have any support email or phone number where I can talk about
this issue ? the other thing about this issue is the delivery failure error happens immediately following sending the reply. lastly have called via phone the receipient to ask if they are having any issues with their email service and in each time they have
said no.

I can log into my Microsoft Live Account with no problems on my PC. But when I try to log in to XBox Live, I receive the Error Code: 831188FE. I've attempted the following in try to resolve this issue:
1.) Check my live account information is correct and changed my password, ensured it worked and tried to sign into live again. Live account works on PC but when trying to connect to XBox Live from console, I still receive Error Code 831188FE.
2.) Deleted my profile an cleared the cache on my xbox and downloaded my profile again. I've done this 5-6 times on different days with no change in results.
3.) I've called xbox live support and we removed the most recent update and reapplied and downloaded my profile again with no luck. They told my to keep searching the web, specifically this site. Great support :P
This issue has been ongoing for a couple weeks for me and before it happened I purchased some games on live (using my PC on the XBox Live website) and now I can't download them to my console.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
