So, when I signed up today into my E-Mail address (1), it asked me to verify a security E-Mail (2) which I could use in case I forgot my passwords.
Therefore codes would be sent to this E-Mail (2) and I could unlock my E-Mail address (1). But my 2nd E-Mail address (2) needs to be verified, too.
But it uses a really old E-Mail address which I can't remember at all.
So now my E-Mail address (1) is about to be locked down.
Any help, please?

Cannot delete Hotmail or Live Accounts due to Billing Services
I am trying to delete both my Hotmail and Live accounts however I am asked to first cancel billing subscriptions.
My hotmail says there is an Xbox membership (but it was never paid for it was a cancelled free memebership)
My live account has my Gold Xbox Membership which was cancelled and payment options removed (via calling Xbox Support)
I have the PUID ready I am just not sure if I post it on here or if a moderator will ask for it in a private message

I am having a lot of problems with the interconnectivity of Windows Live Mail, MSN (Outlook), Bing and Facebook. The Microsoft entities don't synchronize and Facebook doesn't accept the password change that was required when I made changes in contact numbers of my MSN profile. That is when everything started going haywire and got me locked out of my MSN account for hours. I am starting to feel like the best solution to remove or disable Windows Live Mail, Bing desktop and keep Facebook completely isolated from my Microsoft components. Deleting the components concerns me because of interconnection of other Windows Live programs in my computer. Until the Outlook issues are worked out there is no way I would pursue the link I found (pasted below) on the Bing search engine. My Android phone may have been part of the problem the day I got locked out of my MSN account, just by being linked to the account for current inbox status. I don't claim it is a part of the problem, just something to be considered when these synchronization issues are being pursued.

Recently the policy on my xbox 360 has changed in regards to security and i need to give my e-mail account and password details to proceed. Unfortunately the account which i have linked to my xbox is an old e-mail account which i can no longer access because
it was hacked a couple of years ago.
I have tried to recover this account but i have run into the following problems;
. The alternative account for the reset link has been changed to one i don't recognize "x_*****@yahoo.cn" which i suspect is the e-mail used by whoever hacked it.
. I cannot remember the answer to my security question nor can i provide enough evidence in the questionnaire for Microsoft to help me further.
If there's any other action i can take to resolve this i would be grateful as not only do i still have money on my xbox account but i cannot use the services i've paid for because the policy update won't let me access my xbox account until i have given the required information.

I cannot access my outlook.com account - I can get to the sign in page and sign in but then I get the message 'Internet explorer cannot display the webpage'. I tried system restore because that worked before but not this time. Any help would be appreciated!
