I am using OSX 10.8.4. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling again but nothing seems to solve the issue. Help?
I have the same issue only that when I start my macbook pro, i get the message that skydrive cannot find the location of skydrive on my computer. a screen opens asking me to select the location of the skydrive folder. i select the folder and press next
and the folder selection window opens again..... ad infinitum.

I have an Office 365 subscription.
So I supposed to get 20GB of cloud storage.
I got a notification that my files can't sync because server storage quota is exceeded.
However, that shouldn't be the case.
I have only approx 7GB worth of files on my SkyDrive.
Please look into this matter asap.

My Hotmail account was hacked. Microsoft previously provided me with a link to reset my password, but the hacker has inserted his email address into my Security Info. page. This means that every time I tried to reset my password and regain control of
my account, the hacker received notification of the password change. All he had to do was click on a link to invalidate my password again and again. I tried deleting his email address off my Security Info page, but have to wait 30 days for this to take effect.
On Sept. 18, Microsoft should remove his email address from my Hotmail account. However, I need a link from Microsoft in order to retrieve the last of my saved emails and forward them to my new email address. I have repeatedly proven my ownership of the
account to Microsoft and have even given them the names of several people who authored the remaining emails. Microsoft has CLOSED my case and will not provide me with another link. It is imperative that I get the remaining emails forwarded to my new account
as they represent years of research concerning a disability claim I have pending. Please, would someone help me? If you can contact me privately, I would be glad to give you all of the details to prove my identity. Thank you.
How do you delete a misspelled user name that come up when you type the first letter of your user name

I have been attempting to assist a friend with her outlook. Initially, she experienced difficulty with attachments. When she attached a document to email, she received a window indicating IE was not working. I googled the issue and the advice was to
reset the IE - I did this and it went well. But she cannot sign into her account. She receives the error telling her the password or user name is incorrect. We reset her password but to no avail. She went to another machine and was able to access her account.
On her machine, she is the administrator and her husband is a user. By switching users and using her husbands login, again she was able to access to outlook mail. I checked the security using the other machine and it is identical. Can someone out there
please help me find a resolution to this issue. Thanks Kindly

I recently logged into my account and discovered all my old emails were gone! Last time I logged in, I had the Hotmail interface and all my emails were there. Now I have the Outlook interface, and they are all gone! I used this account since the late 1990s
and had some very important correspondence saved there! Please let me know how to get my messages back (I already tried going to the Deleted Messages folder and recovering deleted messages and that did not work).

I have just synced my gmail with outlook.com. I have all the emails from my gmail account but there is one problem I just can figure out.
If I delete an email in my outlook.com account, that same email is still there in my gmail account. I want the setting so that when I delete something in outlook.com, it will delete that same email in my gmail account.
Strangely enough it works with outlook 2013, I just have no idea how to get it to work with outlook.com. Please can somebody help me.
