I sent an email a while ago to the wrong address and just recently (yesterday) it keeps trying to resend the email. The email contains attachments and will resend and resend and I receive back a delivery notification failure. How do I get this to stop?

I'm trying to access my document, which is a Word Document, in my SkyDrive using the File Explorer and it's giving me an error. I'm using Windows 8.1.
So I can't open the document. I tried to make its Availability to Available offline but it doesn't stop syncing.
The very top document is the one I want to open but it wont because of the error.
Can you guys help me? Thanks!
Windows 8.1 RTM and Skydrive-Files can’t be uploaded because there’s a problem with a file or folder
I've got a bit of a strange problem. I had a whole bunch of files syncing to skydrive under windows 8, but over the last couple of weeks I was having issues with a lot of duplicate files being created. I cleared up the duplicates, and removed both online and offline copies of the files. Now, I should be able to sync normally, but I have an error overlay on the skydrive icon, and when I click "show problems" the metro app comes up and says "Files can't be uploaded because there's a problem with a file or folder". The filename it gives (a local file path) does not exist on the local machine. So far I've tried moving the skydrive folder to a different drive, disabling and reenabling skydrive syncing through group policy, making sure that the online copies of the files were deleted (and removed from the skydrive recycle bin), and several reboots. Nothing seems to have worked, and now I'm not able to sync file changes to the cloud from this PC. Why is skydrive trying to sync a file that no longer exists, and is there a way to remove it once and for all?
I'm locked out of my email accounts which I setup over a year ago and didn't really use them. I can't remember the password and the cel phone number is not correct which would send me a code to reset it. Nor is the email address correct as the one that is there now has been deactivated by yahoo since it wasn't used for over 1-2 years. The secret question I answered wrongly as well.
I've filled out the forms 2-3 times but due to the fact I haven't really used the accounts, i'm not sure of the answers submitted.
Worse case, if I don't use the accounts, will they be released in the future to allow me to choose them again?

I've got a mail from outlook but I don't know if it's really from them. It asks me to send my complete identity to protect my adress wich is suspected of illegal activities emit.
I lost my SkyDrive bonus storage after subscribing to Office 365. Before, I had 47GB and now I have 25GB. This is unexpected and if I had known I'd be punished for this, I wouldn't have subscribed to Office 365. What should I do to revert the situation
back to pre-Office 365 days.

I cannot login to xbox live because i can't accept the terms of use AGAIN. I had another thread on this a while back that took like a MONTH to fix. This random parent account that me nor my family including both my parents or any microsoft staff. Now it
