How do you add holidays to Outlook calendar on-line?
Hi, could you please enable the feature to allow me to reset the passwords of member accounts under my hosted domain? The domain is newenergyadvisors.com.
Thanks
Alex
I can sign in and receive my e-mails, but then I can't open them to read them. In addition, I can't send any e-mails or open any of my saved folders. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks, petlady
Hi,
I have a Microsoft account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, with a password, accountpw.
I also have two email accounts - *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
AS I understand things, there should be different passwords for the Microsoft account and for each of the email accounts.
My problem is this - I can get into the Microsoft account OK but I can not get access to the email accounts to get my email because I can not remember the passwords.
My question is this - how can I reset my email account passwords without knowing the existing passwords? I can not even find the place on the web where I can modify my email address data.
Thanks

I'm just astonished that your systems haven't flagged up a phishing e-mail from PayPal, that I received a short while ago
It says from "PayPal payment alert" with the subject "PayPal payment receipt". The link inside the message clearly links to a bogus website.
I'm just incredulous that your systems aren't capable of picking this type of thing up. I mean I know not to click these links, but what about someone elderly? Or less familiar with computers?

It's no wonder people continue to be scammed by fraudsters when your systems respond so poorly to clearly bogus e-mails.

As of Monday of this week, I am no longer able to receive emails from the domain 'alarmnet.com'. I have been able to receive these emails without issue for over a year, and now the messages do not come through. I have confirmed that they are not going
in to my 'junk' folder, are not blocked, and the domain remains on my safe list. I have also confirmed that the messages are being sent from alarmnet by changing it to send to an alternate address (through my ISP) and they come through there fine. Since
I receive these messages to my smartphone, I need to be able to receive these to outlook.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is for home alarm monitoring, otherwise it would not be as much of an issue.
Thanks
