Email accepted by hotmail but not delivered

Hi all.

I have a special situation with mail being sent to hotmail from a dedicated server.
Mail is not rejected by hotmail, but it's never delivered, nor bounced.
IP reputation is good as seen at SNDS, and reverse resolution and SPF are all right.
If email is not rejected and not bounced by hotmail, why do outlook.com users not receive those emails?

Any clue? Thanks!

wrong time stamp in skydrive zip download

Hello,

When I download two or more files from SkyDrive, as a zip file, and open in WinZip 14.5 the time stamp indicates a time some hours in the future.  This does not happen when I download a single file.  Is this expected behavior, or a bug?  Thank you.

Account Locked and SMS Verification doesn’t work

Hi

 

I'm trying to set up several email accounts in a migration to using Outlook.com.  I have the custom domain setup and all the user accounts.  I've logged in to each account via Outlook.com and finished the account set up process.

 

When I attempt to use the hotmail connector I can successfully retrieve email but when I send email I get a "The operation failed" error.

 

When I set up using pop3 settings the first send fails and I get an email saying I need to verify the account.  I used my phone number a couple of times to get the sms code and unlock the account, but now the SMS code failes to send to my phone.

 

I have locked account that I can send email with using Outlook.

Why is movie a 400MG file when all the pictures brought into Movie Maker total only 30 MG?

I've used Photo Story 3 in the past and loved it.   I have Windows 8 so trying to use Movie Maker.  I believe it has nice features.  What I find odd is that I brought in 200 pictures that total 30MG but the movie file (MP4) created is over 400 MG.  If I use the YouTube format it is around 200 MG. I still find that extremely large since pictures only total 30MG.  I discovered changing time for each picture (from default of 7 seconds to 3 seconds) cuts the file size in half.  Is there something that can be done to compress the MP4 file?

Cannot recover account

I have filled out the verification form to recover my account 3-4 times, but outlook still won't let me access my account. i simply cannot remember any more information than what i have already put in the form. Is there any way to recover my account without filling this form? My e-mail adress is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Lost 20GB additional skydrive storage when upgrading to paid Office 365 University subscription

I was using a trial version of office 365 (US version) which gave me 20GB extra skydrive storage, I then upgraded to Office 365 university subscription (through amazon UK). This is all through the same microsoft account. The office is working fine, but for some reason I have lost the extra 20GB of storage, and now I only have 7GB and can no longer upload anything. 

Spoke to tech support online for a while and they can't work out why this is happening, suggested I post on here to see if anyone has any ideas

I have had no outgoing and only occasional incoming hotmail emails(1 per day) since Sunday  The internet is fine. I had a live chat with Rick yesterday morning regarding this issue, and he said that I would hear from MSN technicians WITHIN 24 hours, to my husbands email address. 
I have not heard anything yet and was wanting to know when this situation would be resolved?
