I have not heard anything yet and was wanting to know when this situation would be resolved?
I have had no outgoing and only occasional incoming hotmail emails(1 per day) since Sunday The internet is fine. I had a live chat with Rick yesterday morning regarding this issue, and he said that I
would hear from MSN technicians WITHIN 24 hours, to my husbands email address.
