I can send but I can't receive emails on email using my personal domain. Nothing is blocked, no rules, etc. I have checked my mx setting at my domain and they are the same that I was suppose to copy. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am a recent office 365 subscriber and have downloaded the Skydrive app for my Mac. I moved all of my document folders from the Finder onto Skydrive, only to then see that I had physically moved the documents to the app rather than synced them.
Is this how Skydrive works? Or is there a way to have both a physical set of documents in the finder on my mac and in Skydrive, synced together? Thoughts?
All of my emails from over 10 years are now gone. I have tried everything suggested on other forums (threading wasn't an issue, clicking "recover deleted messages" did nothing). Is there anything that can be done?

My main domain is current under Exchange Online Plan 1.
I want to add subdomain of this domain to Microsoft Live Account but the system prompted error:
"This domain name can't be used with Admin Center because it's already registered with Microsoft. If you own this domain and want assistance please contact support."
Could anyone please advise me how to do this?

I logged into my hotmail account around two years ago.But recently when i logged in i found that all the old emails were missing.Those emails were really were important .Is there any way to recover those emails that were deleted due to inactivity?

This email address I just signed in with is not the one in question. I am blocked out of my outlook acct, because I tried to forward some emails that had been forwarded to outlook from my other email acct at ATT.net. It wants me to put in a code from a
text from a cell phone, I don't have one. The number that is listed is my landline and doesn't take text messages. I went to the same link to put in a request for help, but when I clicked on the words sign in, it didn't do anything or go anywhere. I was already
signed in with the outlook account and it kept sending me back to the same page every time to put the code in to unblock my acct. I don't know what to do and can't file a formal request because it won't let me. I read some explanations on how to get help and
file a request but when clicking on the sign in it didn't oopen a page to file one. Now I am stuck here with no way of filing anything. What do I do from here. I cannot put my email address or my name or any personal information in here. This is for the community.
So, what do I do next?
My skydrive has been syncing information between my 2 windows 8.1 computer. My desktop was uploading 2400 files and downloading 2. I went into the skydrive folder and deleted files that where duplicates. I got a message saying that the skydrive sync
engine has stopped. Stop skydrive and find a solution or just plain stop skydrive. I tried both and closed skydrive and restarted it every time. I got the same message about 4 or 5 times. I no longer get the message but all of those files are showing pending.
Is there a way to fix the sync engine or do I have to restore or refresh the computer which will take a day or 2. Please help.

2. How do I make my calendar show up on my Outlook mail page? It shows up on Windows Live Mail 2012 but thought I would try this one out.
3. If I had a hotmail account, can it be moved over to Outlook, or do I need to make a new account with that name in Outlook? If it can be moved over,
will the folders go with it like Inbox, Sent, Save, Delete, Drafts, etc.
4. If I have to make a new account with the old hotmail address, is that considered an alias and will that have the folders needed to separate the
two accounts?
5. Sometimes I go out to check for new email - is there a way to make it do a search on demand? Or is there a setting for it to search every so many
minutes? Windows Live 2012 has a send/receive button I can click whenever I want to do a quick search for a message.

My Outlook account has stopped receiving emails as of 10/31/2013. I can't receive them on any computer or mobile device. There is a problem with Outlook.Com and they haven't provided a fix. I have all my business tied to this account and I am not able
to conduct business without receiving emails. 6 days and no emails. I finally just about an hour ago received two emails in my junk folder that were on my safe list. I am not receiving any emails, junk or allowed emails. This is crazy Microsoft.
