I write my ID, password then sign in ..takes sum time and and get back to the same window without the password written. Normally it says either trapshooting problems or wrong password or ID, but it does not tell me anything about why it's not signing

lorsque je demande l etat de msn, tout est ok et fonctionne, mais lorsque je veux me connecter ca me marque impossible de vous connecter a messenger car le service est momentanément indisponible;;;
en meme temps, si je passe par hotmail, j arrive mais pas de la meme facon
que se passe t il ? je n ai rien modifié et c est survenu brutalement il y a quelques jours
My hard drive crashed on me, so i bought a new one and had it replaced..my messanger was working just fine before it crashed, got too use video and voice call with no problem..now I can't use either and no sound..what do I need to do to reinsate it as
