Please note, this question relates to Windows Live Mail, not Outlook or Hotmail.

I understand that if I want to insert a hyperlink in outgoing email, I must use the "hyperlink" tool in the attachments bar.  BUT this is really annoying, to have to copy and paste every time I want to do this in my outgoing signature!  EVERY email I send out has a hyperlink needed.  Even if I write the email http://www.blahblah.com , it will not go out as a clickable link, unless I go through hoops.

Is there a way to make hyperlinks automatic when written out as in my example?  Like in the old days of Outlook Express.

Original title: Windows Live Mail can not sent/receive emails.

Hi,

Recently i have installed Windows Live Mail application by installing Windows essential on my Windows 7 laptop.
I have successfully set up my outlook mail account profile with email id :- *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
On first day i succeed to sync all my outlook mails to Windows Live Mail application and I can see that all my emails are now downloaded.
But i am facing some intermittent issues with sent/receive messages function. Sometimes i get below error messages when open Windows Live Mail application.....
Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (ajit.j) account.
Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

Please help me to fix this issue.

WLM blocks images in incoming emails, requiring a user response to see them. How is this changed? IE10 adsvanced tools?
when send mail from Gmail i get a copy of the email in my inbox after i send the email
I have tried to send e-mails and attach more than one photo. On Windows 8 it appears my only options are to attach the entire file that a picture is in or to send pictures via SkyDrive on the internet, which I do not want to do. How do I attach single pictures to my e-mail messages??
I'm trying to backup my WLM messages to an external drive. WLM program wants to backup to a folder, I want to backup to an external hard drive. Is it possible?

I have set my WLM safety options to block all but 2 foreign country origination emails, and the Phishing option is enabled.  I received a message in my Inbox from Tuvalu in Polynesia obviously sent to obtain personal bank account info.  Additionally, my Microsoft Security Essentials did not alert on this message either.  I did not open the message, I viewed the header/source info first.

I was easily able to learn where this message originated and sent an alert to the ISP in the Tuvalu.

Now could someone please tell me why WLM can mark a message from one of my subscribed Yahoo Groups as Phishing, and not catch something so obvious as the Tuvalu message?

Besides it being on my International Top Level Domain Block List, this just is so not cool!
