I have a signature on my Windows Live Mail emails but it is too far down the page. I need to place it just below my text rather than right at the bottom where nobody will scroll down to see it. How can I re-position it please?
I back up contacts weekly with no problem However, it would be helpful to also back-up non-deleted e-mails (sent, received, archived). Can this be done in Windows Live Mail?
transferred data from Windows XP to Windows 7 Pro, can receive and send email but cannot delete mail from any folder, error message: no mailbox exists with "deleted items" "sent mail" etc.  Believe old computer was Outlook and new Windows Live
WHEN I GO TO "FILE' THEN 'SEND TO" AND TRY TO SEND A DOCUMENT TO MY E-MAIL, A MSG POPS UP THAT SAYS THERE IS NO E-MAIL PROGRAM DOWNLOADED ON THIS COMPUTER. HOW DO I FIX THIS? THANKS!

After a recent windows update both my explorer and my livemail crashed. The explorer was quickly fixed through phone guidance from a technician. But I was told that I had to use this website to fix the livemail because it was a 'free' programme with no phone support.

I keep trying to ask for help but I'm now 6 days without my livemail e-mail. How can I restore the connection to the server!?

I am using Windows Live Mail with Windows 7.  When emails are sent (with attachments) from one particular sender to three or four recipients, I don't receive the attachment - the others all do.  When the attachment is sent only to me I receive it.  The attachments in question are both PDF and Word.

Also, how do I change the background colour?

Cheers,  Helen

I went offline when I had to reboot the internet, but now that it's back up, I'd like to connect back up. However, every time I try to sync it says "you are currently working offline, would you like to go online now?" and I press yes repeatedly, but it won't connect. What should I do?
