Was the Windows Live Mail error 0x80041161 caused update I received yesterday? The update and the problem seem to have happened about the same time. I've tried deleting the account and starting over, but that isn't fixing the issue.

I have an issue with WLM and the emails it imported from OE6. I have an employee that said her emails were showing the wrong date, it was showing the current date not the actual day she had received it using OE6. I get her another computer to swap with
and I moved the whole identities folder so she would have all her old emails on the new machine, a couple of days later she comes telling me its doing it again and also from the day I made the computer swap some emails are missing. I have checked the time
zone settings those are correct, I have checked the webmail settings (we use rackspace) the settings are correct there also. I am just at a loss for what is going on and how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

On my PC I have my contacts and calendar showing as an account I have for a business. I was able to get the e-mails using outlook.com but I can't find a way to sync the calendar and contacts. I don't want to add the information once only. I would like

My Hotmail ID was recently compromised and i did not remember the security questions for recovery.
My alternate ID was changed by the person who did this. I managed to recover my mail id by providing the information asked for recovery. But i was unable to update the mail Id which doesn't belong to me and is added in my security info as my alternate
Email id to recover if the password is lost.
Hotmail prevents me to change the information stating that "We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 31/8/2013, we'll delete your old security info:

My query is if I change my current password will the updation link go to the email id and my account being on risk of being compromised again to the email id of the unknown person in the above mentioned message?
The other person still has access to my email id as my language was changed to some foreign language instead of English after i had it recovered back.
