Hi,

One of my hotmail accounts was recently hacked and is now sending spam to all of my contacts. I cannot sign into my account anymore as the following message appears, “It looks like someone else might be using your account”. I cannot receive a security code since the email listed in the field is not one of mine and I cannot enter an optional email address. I have filled out the necessary questionnaire but have not heard back from technical support.

Does any one else have this problem of receiving emails but can not send out emails.  When I do try I receive at the top of page this is blocked for your safety.

new meetings that I don’t need/want to show in my diary/calendar

I regularly book meetings in rooms/venues (and for other people) where I do NOT need them to appear in my diary/calendar. How do I send a meeting/appointment to prevent this happening. I have tried taking the tick out against my name on the invites but it still pops up in my diary, I have also tried to send the appointment from thr "room" all to no avail.

This is very frustrtaing as when people are trying to book appointments to see me my calendar indicates I am busy when I am not!! I am not the only member of staff who is being addected by this....

I  have been trying to send an email to a customer with a hotmail.co.uk and it keeps bouncing back. I've tried from my gmail and aol accounts. Any ideas?

need list of recent ip addresses that logged into my hotmail email account

Hello,

I think someone hacked into my hotmail account.  Can I please have a list of the recent IP addresses that have logged in?  I believe it must have been done withing the last 2 days, so a list of any activity from August 5, 2013 on.  

edit- I just also noticed that my mail was set to forward to an email address that I've never heard of.  Can you tell me how long that has been for or can I find out how many and which messages were forwarded?

Window Live Mail, Windows 7, Problems forwarding emails with imbedded photos.

I have this same problem, and can see others are frustrated because the questions asked are not being answered properly. Windows live will not forward emails that I received with embedded photos, exactly as I received them. In otherwords, I received an email with embedded photos. All is fine. I can view photos correctly. However, if I forward that same email with imbedded photos, the photos do not remain imbedded in the emails as I originally received it. The photos disappear, leaving blank boxes when I forward the message. In fact I get an error box indicating that all photos will not be included in the message. Do I want to continue. I am hoping you understand this, as others with the same problem can't seem to get the message across as to the issue.

My hotmail is not allowing me to send emails on my lap top even after my verified it with my email!?

First off i verified my Hotmail so i can get my emails on my iPhone. I never had this problem before, now i did that step its telling me i have to wait 30 days before i can use my Hotmail on my phone or iPad!!!!! That to me is INSANE! I have a business and i am a student, as no point can i keep opening my lab top to check my email every 10 minutes of the hour. 

On the other hand, now i am using my computer and it wont let me send emails to anyone, it says it has been temporarily blocked. Yet i am able to sign back into my account and do other stuff but i just can send emails .... Then i verified that issue you guys sent me a text to my phone (which now cost me) and it didn't even work! 

I am so frustrated with outlook/Hotmail right now, somebody needs to help me or i am switching accounts. 

I Can not log into my School email was able to earlier this month

I am going back to school at the end of the month and was able to access my account last month... and not it keeps giving me a error when I try to check the email. It allows me to log into the account but when I try and log into the email part it gives me an error
