how do I delete no longer wanted storage folders in windows live mail??
This is the 2nd time I have posted, the first time has brought me hopelessly in a circle. Can I please get a name and some contact info for the person(s) responsible, and capable of helping me. I do not see why this has to take weeks, through a shoddy
forum contact with ever changing administrators. I need control of my account back, but every step ultimately ends in my getting blocked, and the hacker getting a reset code. please help me.
Today my Windows Live Mail started behaving strangely. I'm online. I can get to the internet via a browser. To my knowledge I didn't change anything. But when I try to sync my hotmail account through Live Mail (which I've never had trouble with before),
it tells me I'm currently working offline and would I like to work online. I click yes, and the same window pops up again asking the same question. If I click it several times in a row, it does eventually disappear, but doesn't sync and will pop up again
if I hit the sync or go online buttons again. I have closed and reopened the program. I've also rebooted my machine. I can receive email through the live mail site, but I prefer to use the program. Any suggestions?
My 1st hotmail address was in my maiden name. This one is still my primary account which I have a password for. When I got married I set up a new hotmail address in my married name. This was accessed via my 1st address and I used to be able to switch between
the 2 addresses in Outlook by clicking in the top right of the screen, the drop down menu then gave me both of my addresses to choose from. This 2nd address never had it's own password. It was just kind of tagged onto my 1st address. After the recent changes
to Outlook I have found it impossible to access my 2nd hotmail address. I can still log into my account & get my 1st address inbox etc but although I have tried everything I cannot find any trace of my 2nd address and cannot change any setting to accept as
it will not give me the option of adding a hotmail.com address (which it is) only .co.uk (which it isn't). There was one option that asked me to log into that account to use it but as I have never had a password for that address it was impossible. I have since
set up another alias email address in my married name using hotmail.co.uk just so people can contact me in my married name but I really would like to access my hotmail.com address as it has several years of history attached to it. Can anyone help please?

I cannot send mail from Windows Live Mail. When hitting Send/Receive, there is a message "Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8CCC0003". There is no problem receiving and I can also send and receive mail via my ISP Webmail.

everytime i open up windows live mail, it comes up with this error and i cant email anything or receive anything
I am a Microsoft msn Hotmail account using office 2007 outlook on my Windows 7 Samsung laptop. My outlook email account setting simply has my email address & MAPI as the setting.
When I send a email or reply or forward a email I want a copy of it to go to my personal sent folder so I have a record. How can I do that? I get some sent email there but not all. When I do a search I can find the emails but they are not in my sent folder.
