I tried logging into my xbox and Hotmail and it says password incorrect.. I tried to recover it with my other Hotmail account with the code and it just kept saying "code incorrect" I tried this many times... I tried to recover it with my info aswell..
still no luck. I'm completely stuck and pretty upset about it. I've tried it several times a day for a week. anyone have any advice??!!
Hi, got your email, but it keeps saying a problem has occurred and I can't reply send or forward, grrr. Not very computer literate, so need basic please.
I opened a microsoft email account through hotmail.com more or less 6 years ago. I only opened it to use for my twitter account but never used the account to send or receive emails. I tried accessing the account but I can't remember the password and password recovery also doesn't work since I can't remember the security question's answer and also can't log into the alternative email account listed (to where it sends the recovery) as it is an old webmail account from which I can't even remember the username since its way too old.
I desperately need help and I've tried all other options but I can't seem to come right.
I would really appreciate any help

I signed in when the email system was changed to the new format, and none of my emails are there. I have looked through the forums and see this has happened to a lot of people. This is really upsetting, as I have saved many emails over many years, some
from family members no longer around.
Some of the supposed possible reasons are inactivity, but I have signed into my account multiple times over the past 365 days. My account has not been hacked. For whatever reason it appears as though they just did not get transfered over.
How do I get these back? The other messages on this topic have a hotmail person answering ,saying they will private message the person with the issue. How do I get in touch with someone>????????????????

I have uninstalled/re-installed, I have tried to use the "fix it" I have tried to use the repair, So far not much is helping. Running windows 7.. Problems all started last week when Update tried to download IE 11.. finally got that Manually installed,
but since the first "update" live mail has done nothing but crash. Sometimes it will run once, either on a fresh install, or a fresh reboot... I have also restored twice.. any help???

Right now it gets the next (older) note. From my point of view this is the worst possible option. This should be a user option. Imagine one is carrying on a conversation with one's younger brother and one's real estate agent. I start at the bottom with
oldest note and work up to the newest note. Which is the opposite of what happens now. In this example there are two conversations which might be manageable, but at some point keeping all the conversations straight becomes a challenge. I would prefer to return
to my INBOX and select the next note. I am sure that there are those out there who would have the computer organize notes into conversations, but I am too much of a control freak to be comfortable with this approach.

x64 Windows 7, laptop that has been working fine has stopped loading Windows Live Mail. When I click on the icon for 'Windows Live Mail' I see some disk activity and the cursor changes for a few seconds but then nothing happens.
Things I have tried:
First off I have backed up the system
I have changed the virus checker as the current one was due to expire anyway. I now have F-Secure installed
I have run a repair on 'Windows Live Mail' from Control Panel, uninstall programs
I have uninstalled Windows Live Mail and then downloaded and installed it again.
Also, I have tried uninstalling all 'Windows Essentials 2012' and re-installing
Also after browsing the Microsoft Community I have tried removing KB2670838 (which I believe windows update has subsequently re-applied)
Unfortunately none of these have worked
Any help / advise will be much appreciated.
