I am again having a problem with receiving Windows Live Mail.  I have not received any email since early December and I have tried adding and removing my accounts several times without any luck.


I would like to continue using Windows Live Mail because it allows me to scroll through my entire inbox, which has quite a lot of email and I also have a more complete editing taskbar.


Can you please tell me how I can get this problem fixed?  Thanks very much. 

Okay, the Subject line is the problem in a nutshell.


I have not one but two Outlook.com accounts.  Both are working fine and I can access them via both the website and the Outlook.com Android app.  This continues to be true even after a recent password change in the 2nd account.


(Separate issue: I *much* preferred the way things used to be when Outlook.com let me keep these accounts separate. But now, MS thinks they know besat and know what's right for me and will NOT let me keep them apart, insisting that the "better way" is to set up the 2nd one as a Send Only account and forward it to the 1st account.  BTW, I am not entirely certain this isn't at the root of the problem I'm having with WLM).


However, with the password change has come a problem with my desktop computer's (Win 7) installation of Windows Live Mail: it continues to access all of my email accounts including the 1st Outlook.com account but NOT the 2nd Outlook.com account (the one with the password change and the recent MS-initiated change to a Send Only account). WLM keeps asking me to log in to the account as if the user name and password are incorrect.  Both are, in fact, quite correct...even to the point of using copy-and-paste on the password out of the functioning Outlook.com web interface.


Any idea what's going on here?

i had an account ... now at the time of login the message shows that ur account dose not exist ... but em running facebook account regarding that email account ... what should i do now ???
how do i set up separate id's in live mail so i can have separate business and personal contacts ?
I continue to get a pop up box indicating a TASK that they are sending two messages using my email address and the STATUS shows that they are executing. However, the screen is frozen and  indicates that there are no errors. When I close out of this screen and try to start Windows Live Mail, I get the same message.  How do I correct this problem so that I can download new messages and delete old ones?  Thanks for your help. My email messages normally show in the same window as the header.  They now show in a new column to the right of the list of messages.  I did nothing to bring about this change that I can remember.  Nothing under "View" seems to return the normal view.  How do I get this normal view back?
A password of long standing suddenly stopped working so I changed it. New password works on Microsoft account but not on Livemail. What can I do? how do I put this right?
I have two email addresses to verify my account from, but only one shows up and I no longer have access to that one. How can I use the other email address I have added? It has received password reset notifications in the past and is present on my profile but is not given as an option to send a security code to.
When I was logging in I typed my email account incorrectly and I don't want to keep seeing it pop up whenever I log in. How do I remove this from a drop down menu. Right click delete did nothing.
