can't delete inbox items can only junk them , also can't see items in sent items. Thank you
I set up Windows Family Safety on my own laptop, which runs Windows 7 Home Professional, to control my daughter's laptop, which runs XP. It has never worked properly -- the password never works on the XP computer no matter how many times I reset it --
and I am trying to delete. I was successfully able to delete it from the Windows 7 laptop using the CMD line method, but I have not been able to do so with the XP system. I have tried the following:
1. Add or Remove Programs: I click Change/Remove for Windows Live Essentials and nothing happens
2. CMD line method: I log in as Administrator, type in the proper command. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes it says I need to be logged in as Administrator -- but I *am* logged in as Administrator. I have tried it without the (x86), and with the (x86);
when I do that, it says it's not a valid path.
3. I have tried downloading a new version of wlarp.exe from g.live.com. That version says it isn't a valid 32-bit program.
I've read through a number of threads here; many of them point to a Family Safety board that apparently no longer exists.
Please advise.
I was able to block facebook under internet explorer, but it doesn't block it using safari?
I cleared all cookies, but it doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

I have two e-mail accounts POPped to my Live Mail client. Every time I try to open up my Live Mail program, it is trying to receive some e-mails to an old account that I just cancelled. I want to remove that account from receiving any mail, but it won't
let me open the program so I can remove it. Is there another way to remove it without opening the program?
some of the web sight needs active x program downloaded to show the page, I am trying to down load but, my virus protector is blocking it.

I created a folder in LiveMail to automatically delete various emails as they arrive. All went well. However, suddenly some of the emails are not being deleted. There are currently 61 'names' in my delete folder. Is this too many? Is there a limit
on the number (say 50) that I can enter into each folder? On the off chance this is so, am I able to create a second folder (say, 'Delete2') to handle the overflow?

When trying to send an email with a video attachment a message reads that I can't send as there's not enough memory. How can I increase memory? Frank
I've never been able to use Windows Live Mail and I especially need it when sending photos through google picasa as picasa puts me straight onto Windows Live Mail when I attempt to send photos.
