Windows Mail won’t let me in because it’s tryng to send two emails with probable bad addresses.

I have two messages in my outbox that can't be sent for some reason I am not aware of.  When I try to sign in to Windows live I get the program attempting to send the messages and it will not let me in.  All I need to do is delete the messages as it must be a bad email address but I can't find where they are stored.  I can not access windows live mail because of this.

when I delete messages from my spam folder they go to trash, then I empty the trash, then they reappear in my spam folder.  They have been reappearing ever since January 21.  Why is this happening and how can I really delete them? I am now attempting to delete a huge number of messages, over and over again.  Help!  Thanks.

I have been using Windows Live Mail with no problems for a few years now to connect to 2 imap email accounts.  In the last few days I keep getting the error message that my server has unexpectedly terminated the connection with error code  800ccc0e

I can still receive, read and send emails, but it means clicking OK on the error message every single time I click anywhere within WLM.  This is starting to get hugely irritating.

Any helpful suggestions please?

Windows Hotmail account now no longer sending or receiving email through your Windows Live Desktop Software

The primary hotmail account which i have used for years via your Windows Live Software Version 2009 Build 14.0.8117.0416 has now stopped sending or receiving email.

i use three separate hotmail accounts all of which are configured to run through your Windows Live desktop software.

Two of these three hotmail accounts continue to function as normal.

Only the primary account has now begun failing to send or receive email.

The error message received reads as follows.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (simonlovejoy) account. There was an unexpected error and Windows Live Mail can't sync the messages in your Hotmail account. To sync your messages, in Windows Live Mail, remove your Hotmail account and then add it again. To view messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web.

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

The email account has been completely removed, the application shut down and restarted, and the account reinstated once more in order to try and overcome this issue.

Your live chat operators have provided no help and simply direct users to this website.

Will someone from microsoft PLEASE respond to this or one of the other issues raised on your website with regards to the problem.

My Windows live mail will not send or receive email. This happened before but it was corrected after some help from this community. A moderator changed some settings and a few days later it started working again. 

The error message is 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (thomaselliott22) account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

Getting some but not all emails for windows live

H!  I hope you can help me.  I have a laptop and am getting all my emails from Windows Live.  My husband recently bought a new laptop and he is getting some but not all of the emails.  We both use the same email address.  I have uninstalled his Windows Live at least 3 times and installed it again.  He's still not getting them.  We have Windows 7.  I have compared his laptop with mine  under "Accounts" and then "Properties".  They look the same to me.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!
