Cannot open Windows Live Mail with my e- mail and password

I CAN'T OPEN WINDOWS LIVE MAIL WITH MY E - MAIL OR PASSWORD EVEN WHEN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD THE DIALOG BOX JUST KEEPS COMING BACK ASKING ME FOR MY E - MAIL AND PASSWORD I AM NOT GETTING ANY ERROR MESSAGES IT WAS WORKING FINE A WEEK AGO THANKS IF ANYONE HAS A SUGGESTION.

Windows LiveMail has eliminated almost all my contacts and the groupings I use for sending out group emails,  Instructions to restore through the 'people' site gave me a jumble of everyone from FB and phone. LiveMail Contacts has changed on my screen. Now I'm supposed to have a Best Friends category, but nothing I want.   I can't find a way to restore my email contacts to the LiveMail Contacts list, or group them. Now it is all a jumble. I do not want my LiveMail Contacts mixed up with others. I did not ask Microsoft to change what I get through LiveMail, but they did. How can I use LiveMail to make my own groups and keep the contacts separate from all other apps?

Saving photo attachments.

I have received an email on my iPad with photo attachments. How do I   A. Save these photos to "photos" and   B. Include them in an email I wish to send?

On starting up get “windows live mail storage recovery” window. Cant then delete mail from junk or deleted items folder or send mail.

I have reverted back to windows 7 from 10 after lots of things would not work.  I have Live Mail 2011. Now I cant delete more than one email at a time from a folder, and cannot delete anything from my deleted folder.  Every time I start live mail I get the 'restoring Windows Live Mail Database' message.  I have also tried using the repair facility.  Still got the problem.  The program has now put in thousands of old mails that do not have any content and therefore cannot be deleted or moved.

Replacing corrupted Storage Folders in WLM with clean folders on the C-drive

Somehow, a lot of subfolders in Storage Folders in WLM have become corrupted.  This seems to have happened when I upgraded Win 7 to Win 10 and rolled back to Win 7 again (for personal reasons).  Most folders now contain emails where, no matter which one is clicked on, the same content is shown.  I have found the uncorrupted folders on the C-drive, but I can't seem to get them back into WLM, where they belong.  Here's where they are:

Windows Live Mail sync to another Windows Live Mail

I have Windows Live Mail Client on two different PCs.  Both of them are configured to send and receive e mail from multiple e mail accounts, including Hotmail.com, Live.com and Outlook.com.  Both Pc's are running Windows 10.

Is it possible to have these two Live Mail clients sync with each other so that what I see on one PC is an exact copy of what I would see on the other?  So if receive mail on one PC, the messages will also show up on the other PC, and when I delete an e mail on one, it will also delete on the other???

WLM will not open because i get a “Your account is locked because of too many attempts to sign in with an incorrect email address or password”

I am unable to open WLM for Hotmail on my Windows 8.1 computer because of "too many tries with the wrong email or password".  However, when I select "cancel", WLM opens as an agent for my Yahoo mail and Comcast mail but will not work for my Hotmail even though I have added Hotmail to my list of active accounts in WLM. 

I also have Outlook.com active as a stand alone email client and it works just fine for Hotmail. The fact that Outlook.com works for Hotmail tells me that my Microsoft account is activated which should also be the case with WLM since it uses my Microsoft account and password to open -- but it doesn't!  I have tried all of the proposed "fixes" by Microsoft - changing passwords, etc.  None have worked. 

I also have Windows 10 on the same computer, but on a separate SSD, and WLM works fine as does Windows 10 mail, Outlook.com, Comcast, and Yahoo mail.

Please, some one tell me how I can get rid of the "locked out" status of WLM on my Windows 8.1
