Some errors occured while processing the required task

I have loaded windows live mail on to my new windows 7 machine.

I can send and receive mail just fine but when the program goes out to look for new mail

Sometimes (I think only when there are no new messages)

I get a pop up window that says

Some errors occurred while processing the requested task

Please review the list of errors below for more details-

The only task showing in that pop up window is

Check for new mail and the error tab shows no errors?

Right click, choose “send to email”, and Windows Live pops up. I am trying to use gmail instead

If I right click on a file, and select send to mail recipient, I have a dropdown so I can choose my gmail account even though it pops up as 'Windows Live.  When I enter my gmail passowrd, it says incorrect password, and I am 100% sure I am entering the correct password.  How do I fix this problem?

I have 2 live email accounts and it appears my contacts have been combined in both accounts.  How do I fix this?  One is a personal account & one is for a club, so I need to keep my contacts seperate for the two.

How to share/forward contact information from address book?

Please help. I must to be able to share/forward contact information from my address book via email with our consultants and coworkers. In Outlook Express I was able to open my address book, select a contact, copy, then paste into an email. How do I do something similar in Windows Live Mail without having to copy and paste each individual piece of information: Name, Address, Phone Number, etc.?

When I try to access my hotmail account through Window Live Mail Iget the message: Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (danielajouet) account.  Server Error: 3204 Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003.  Can you help please?
