How do I set the Fonts type and size together with the colour of the text permanently for outgoing emails in Windows Live Mail for windows 8

The messages in the inbox are usually appear with the titles first and the senders' names underneath. But, now the senders' names are repeated 2 or 4 times. I can click on any of them to open the messages to read. If I want to delete them i must click
2 to 4 times! Why/ How can I correct the problem?
I have been searching online but getting conflicting answers as to the problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have Live Mail. A window constantly pops up with an e-mail address that I have never used and says it cannot send e-mail. I have deleted stuff out of "sent" but to no avail. How can I make this stop coming back?

When I try to e-mail pictures they end up in the "outlook" box of my e-mail and will not "send". I can move them to the 'drafts" folder and send them from there . . . very strange!
