Recently when I click to send a link to someone, the link pops into an email, but it isn't an active link. A friend of mine noticed the same problem recently. Has there been a change or update to cause this, or a setting I can change to fix this?  I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012 and I assume she is using it as well. I can still send the link, but some recipients don't know how to copy and paste the link into their browser. Thanks. Judy
I am running Windows Live Mail on Win8 as the mail app shipped with Win8 is awful. One of the account users on the PC has a continuous spell check that operates in WLM, while the other has a greyed-out spell check icon above the ribbon and no functional spell-check facility. This inconsistency has no logic since only 1 instance of WLM is installed on the PC.  It must be remediable, but I can find no advice or solution anywhere. It's as if MS didn’t want us to use WLM and use the terrible Win 8 mail thing instead.
My sent messages were always saved up to a few days ago; then they all disappeared, and now no sent messages are saved. Can someone please help?

How can I restore my storage folders and contact list on Windows Live Mail? Our computer had to be completely restored due to a problem and we have not been able to get back our contacts, or the Storage folders in the folder pane.

I am getting Error 3204 0x8DE20003, cannot send or receive.

This seems to be a very common issue, yet no publically available solutions, meaning some backend server settings, so a post stating that you need to contact support and ask your own question to get it fixed would be helpful for people looking for a resolution.

Running 64-bit Windows 7...the problem just inexplicably starts.  I've run the repair function from the Programs menu in the Control Panel, logged out/logged in, etc.

Windows Live Mail is it for managers or people who own a company ???

You have to have a digital or encrypted signature to send an email so it must be for business people who have to sign a contract with digital or encrypted signature???
