Windows live mail always used to automatically connect to the internet when I opened it; now I've done something and it is always offline. Even when I click "Go online", I keep getting a box saying "You are working offline, do you want to go online now?" and I click yes (twice), it won't connect and send or receive messages. I just want to always be online.

I am not able to send or receive email for my windows live mail account

[Moved from Internet Explorer- IE10,Windows 8]

I have an item in my sent folder that won't delete. It's happened before & I've eventually been able to get rid of them, but this one that's in there now won't budge.  It says "an unknown error has occurred."  I saw an answer to this to go to your web mail & delete it there, but when I did that, it's not there.  It's just on my Windows Live. How do I get rid of this dang thing?

I put a sender on the blocked list and deleted his e-mail.  Will his e-mail be returned to him?
How does one "create an association in the Folders Options control panel."

The problem occured when I tried to send a photgraph to my cousin in Texas. Since Windows 7 I've never really been able to successfully send photo attachments with an email. No problems with Outlook Express but no joy with Windows7.

The error message tells me to delete and start again - but I can't find the original to delete it. Maybe being 77 years old has something to do with it. I would very much appreciate any help you can offer.

I just tried to order from jcpennys and I can not receive a response from them.  I have never blocked a site to my knowledge.  They are not in my junk mail either.  How can I allow their email to be received?

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (cashborn) account.
