Hi I can't access my account because the only option the system gives me when trying to reset my password is to send a code to an old email address no longer in service.  I keep verifying with the questionnaire and they keep sending me the same thing over and over again and have called the support team and they are no help.  Please Help!!!
Hey. It's my 1st post here and I would like to greet everyone, so hello everyone.

I'm having an issue with .xlsx files created with Excel Web App. 
Something or someone messed (probably my kid :-P) file association, because excel files opens with LibreOffice's Calc, while I want them to be opened with ModernUI IE11. I've tried to set IE11 as default application, but it only displays a blank page.
When I'm login directly to SkyDrive service with IE11 it's working fine. 
Well that's all.

I Cant access my e-mail account since the early hours of today. The site of outlook has accepted my login and password, but i have read a message which the outlook is with problems. So, i cant see every information inside my e-mail, like my e-maism for example. Have anyone had the same problem ?
I have groups set up and the contacts in these groups have multiple email addresses. How do I sent a group email to all the the email addresses in the group, not just one address per contact in the group.

My Hotmail.com account has been hacked and I cannot remember my security questions to get in to the account and set up a new password.

 

How do I get my Hotmail.com account deleted as I now have a Hotmail.co.uk account to take its place? If I can get into it to reset my password that would be even better but as I cannot remember my security questions I am not sure if this is possible.

After a complete corruption of files on my W7 laptop, which then all synced to SkyDrive, I have to restore nearly all files on SkyDrive from backup via my Surface Pro just updated to 8.1.


For three days I have had ~ 30 GB of files hanging on upload reading "Uploading 2172 items ..."


I pay for SkyDrive and use it for business. I need a MS employee to step in an offer a solution ASAP please.

I have not received anything in the junk mail and need to get this working.  What can I do?  There had been email sent that was to be in the junk mail 

everytime I try to get or send email error pops up that says you are currently "working off line" and then you can never get "online".  Need uncomplicated help.
