for the past 2 months i haven't been receiving my emails, when i come to my outlook the last email that appears is from august and i know that i should have some emails, i havent had any messages to say my outlook account is being blocked or anything, can someone help me??

I currently only have the "New" button enabled when I open Outlook. The only way to read an email is to click on it (I can only click on one email at a time) and then the rest of the buttons are enabled.  I can hit forward or reply so the email opens and I can read the contents.  How do I get the rest of the buttons (Reply/Delete/Archive/Junk, etc.) enabled again so they always appear?

Apparently my mail box got hacked as I receive emails with my ID.   I've scanned my computer and no virus's show up.   What can I do to rectify this?
My account is only showing email that i have received in the previous 7 days. How do i change my settings so that i can see all my emails?

How come when I block a user they keep on appearing either in my Junk or InBox??  What can I modify to block them completley?
I can received e-mails with embedded multiple attachments within the e-mail itself, but cannot forward the same e-mail to to others. This happens both on my home computer and work computer when I access my hotmail account. I get the following error message:
 You can only have 10 attachments. Please remove some files and try again.

It doesn't seem to matter if i delete ALL of the attachments i still cannot forward the e-mail with or without the attachments within the-mail.  Also I sometimes receive e-mails with just a blank picture box where the picture of the embedded attachment is. It contains all the sentences from the e-mail but no pictures?? I have seen multiple others with this same question.  I cannot find my original questions when I replied to someone else's same question. it seems the forum moderator is the only one that can correct this problem. Please let me know how and please correct the problem for me also. I already deleted my cache files.  And Silvergate is enabled. These are the previous things that I read, but haven't helped.

Three days ago I decided to change my main email address to @outlook.com previously I'd been signing in with my old @yahoo address. 

 

I have two email addresses (both yahoo) that I was forwarding to outlook. One into a folder and another into the main inbox. Since I've made the switch I have not been receiving any forwarded mail. 

 

I've tried to adjust the settings with outlook.com for forwarded mail but it just says there is a problem and to try later (that's been going on for three days).

 

Weirdly, under Options > Your email accounts, accounts you've added.  For the email going into the main inbox it says "This account cannot currently receive emails. Click Details for more info." For the other email address it says nothing, but both have the same problem!


I'd be happy to delete the email address and re-add it but I don't want load of duplicates, which would just be quite painful.


Has anyone got any suggestions?
