How do you recover an old Hotmail account
I keep logging into my account but am unable to see my email. It keeps asking me security questions and I have already filled it all out. Please help. Now my phone app is saying i can't receive emails. What is wrong?
I have a Surface RT with 8.1. Every time I try to delete a file through the Skydrive app I get a message in the upper right had corner of the screen saying "Recycling". And that all it does. It doesn't delete the file and it just hangs there saying
recycling. I have to open IE, go to skydrive.com and delete the file that way. No issues deleting through IE. I even made sure the recycle bin is empty but I still can't delete through the app. Why?
Why does my hotmail, outlook account no hold my password. Constantly asking for my password. Keep changing it, hoping this is the problem, but nothing i do helps. I did not say, this only happens on my iPad .

I have two Microsoft accounts. The first was set up for Microsoft Passport, which no longer exists. This account will work if I try to sign into support services, but will not be accepted as an Outlook.com account. The second account is an Outlook.com
account. The email address for the first account is the one I have used for many years, so I would like to use it as an alias in Outlook.com. When I try to set it up that way, Outlook.com reports that it can't be used because it's signed on as an Office
365 account. So I went to Office365 and tried to sign on using that account, but Office365 reports that the account doesn't exist. How can I set up the first account as an alias on Outlook.com? I want to use it in the "from" field on my Outlook emails.

why is the blocked sender list limited to 500 senders. junk mail is killing me.
I am having issues with not receiving e-mails from individuals which I have not had prior communication with. E-mails from them won't come through, not to my inbox nor junk and they do not get an undeliverable messages. Once I e-mail the individual, I am then able to receive e-mails from them and all is well. I have looked into my settings which do not appear to the be the issue.

I am in shared folders where I think I have been granted all the rights I need. I can create new folders just fine. However, I can't move files. When I right click on the file there is no option to move. If I select manage for a group of files, there
is no option to move. What needs to be set or how can I move files. Thanks
