For last two days have been unable to open email on my PC.  Help!!
I am currently having trouble with accessing my email from all of my devices, even MSN.com site is claiming Outlook.com is temporarily unavailable, but it should be available again in a little while.
but all other sources are stating that Outlook is up and running
but clearly it is not, today....

One of my hotmail accounts was closed and I'm very disturbed by this.
I don't want to loose my contacts and emails that I've been keeping.

Can someone please help me get it back.

thank you,

Nichole
Had a problem earlier today logging into my e-mail, have posted already about that in other threads, and now I see a stickied announcement that as of 4:38 p.m. there are acknowledged login issues. The time of this posting is 5:23 p.m.   The purpose of this thread/post is to ask when the issue is projected to be solved.  Please respond any Outlook forum managers/representatives!
Mail is posted but will not open.  This happens often! Opens ok on I-pad but not on HP desk top.  Get rid of the "computer"?  Is that the problem?

I am trying to add my domain to this service:

We have been using Outlook 2003 in Windows XP, and just purchased two new computers from Dell with Windows 8 and Office 365, which includes Outlook 2013.  When new emails are received they are there until you read them, and after you read them they disappear.  I have looked at every possible setting to make sure they are not being archived or moved automatically.  It appears that I must move the email to a folder right then when it is being read or I will lose it.  That is not acceptable.  On our old system we could read an email and leave it right there in the in mail and it would be there until we manually did something with it.  We are retired and use these computers in our home.  My wife is having the same problem.  We are still using our old computers because we can't transfer our email to the new computers because of this problem.  Please tell me how to fix this.  Thank you.
I would like to copy one of my folders( or the contents of the folder) to a disc, but I have been unsuccessful. Any ideas?
I can't open Outlook.  Worked fine earlier today.  Getting a message that there seems to be a problem with Outlook but when I check status, it says it is running normally.
