Is there a way to recover a deleted email?
I have an outlook.com account that pulls in email from an imap/pop email account. I use outlook.com to sync up the email address to all of my devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, iPad). Just recently, my Outlook 2013 on my laptop began sending outgoing email as "on behalf of." The account is configured on outlook.com to send and receive mail (not a send-only account).
My iPhone and iPad both send correctly. Can someone please help me?

I'm sending mail to one person and bcc. to 6 others. when I hit send I get this notice:

I don't know what 'category names or nicknames' mean, but the email is what it is.... I'm just trying to send your basic email, but it won't send. Some advise would be grateful. thnx Kj.

how to allow a once at a time allow, but keep it blocked next time an attempt to view a site is attempted? I do not want to have to go in each time ad move the site from the allow to the block box.
