I am using outlook.com on both my Mac and iPhone and am having massages randomly getting deleted without me doing the deleting.  An attempt to retrieve any deleted messages using your "recover deleted messages" tool proves futile.  I get "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook." The emails in question were recent and very important (work related) and this is starting to cause me great worry in the reliability of your service.  Can anything be done?

I keep getting the message that i am working off line...when i say yes i want to go online nothing happens...this has continued all day
I have the reset password link sent to my other Hotmail account and I never receive the reset link. I try over and over and it never comes
I have tx-20061.org on outlook.com via domains.live.com and I need to reset the password for a couple of accounts can you please enable this option for me?
How do I remove music from movie maker
People keep getting this message when we post links to our files.
How do I change my contact list to come up in alphabetical order of Surname first?

Hotmail or Outlook email program opens OK, but I cannot open any of the unread emails in my inbox.

The links do not work, and I cannot access any of my other email folders.

I have rebooted many times but nothing works.

All my other internet programs work, but not my Hotmail or Outlook email program.

Help!!

When I receive an email with an imbedded link I am not able to open the link. I keep getting the message, " your organization does not allow this. please contact your help desk." How do I change my settings to allow access to links?

When I log into outlook.com, I get the normal Microsoft 'outlook.com address', but as soon as I start viewing my inbox emails, or try to delete 'sent' items, or open a new folder - the address changes automatically to https//dub.125.mail.live.com

My question is - what is this dub.125?  Is it a virus in my email account?  Is it a phish?  After a little while, the mouse also then stops opening items to view.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
