I cannot access my Microsoft or my xbox live account under the email address,
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** The block is not just on my xbox live account, it's on my whole Microsoft account and I cannot access and cannot verify.
Outlook will receive e-mails from my yahoo.com account but it will not send them. I have made the changes in yahoo mail but it is still not working. I would appreciate any advise available.
I have purchased on line thru Microsoft Outlook 2013 to load on windows 7. When I try to load it on to my computer, immediately I get a message saying some thing went wrong, Tried loading it with a disk same response. Any suggestions?

I backed up my hard drive to skydrive, and did not delete them. I can find files that are years old, but not ones that I worked on a week ago. What are my options? Are there ways to recover files from skydrive servers?
My email folder list on the left hand side has shown my inbox to have 9 new emails, even though there are no new emails in my inbox. All my other folders, such as junk, are updating properly. Any ideas how to fix this?
In September I purchased a 12 month subscription for an additional 100 GB of SkyDrive space. It worked fine for about 10 days and then, although my account says that I have an active 100GB subscription the drive size is back to 7GB.
I have just about gone mad trying to find someone in Microsoft who can help.
I have followed all the various instructions on different pages but it seems that Microsoft assume that there is nothing that can go wrong with SkyDrive that can't be fixed by the user, so no-one is responsible for this sort of issue.
There must somewhere be a hold all place for issues that should not be able to happen, like this one.
Does anyone know how to find it?
PS. Sorry about the topic selection, but there is not even a topic selection to cover this sort of issue.
I accidentally deleted an important message from my deleted folder. Some time ago, I remember removing the icon at the bottom that allows you to recover deleted messages. How do I get that option icon back in position so that I can recover that message a.s.a.p.??
