I recently started recieving returned emails into my Outlook email program most say they are being returned as the address does not exist. I have sent none of these messages and all contain attachments with german sounding names that Mackeeper tells me contain a virus. I contacted Mackeeper and they told me that I had been hacked to change my password. I have done this and am still recieving them. I purchased network protection and I am still recieving them. And they tell me Outlook is all bringing them in bypassing the network protection when I run outlook.

I have recieved up to 30 in one day and am at my wits end. I thought Mac's had few viruses. I feel quite competent on mac's but am totally out of my depth on this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hotmail or Outlook email program opens OK, but I cannot open any of the unread emails in my inbox.

The links do not work, and I cannot access any of my other email folders.

I have rebooted many times but nothing works.

All my other internet programs work, but not my Hotmail or Outlook email program.

Help!!

Hello,

I have an issue that when I log into my Hotmail account, I see there are emails there that have not been delivered to my Outlook email program on my desktop.

Generally as of late, this is happening with usually just 1 person's messages in specific-which of course are important.

The other thing that I have noticed, is that I will see the bubble at the bottom corner of my screen indicating an email has come through from this specific person to my Outlook program, but lo and behold when I go to my Outlook that message is not there.

I would really appreciate your assistance.

Thank you very much.

Mack

I have a new Acer  Aspire V3 laptop with Windows 8 and am unable to send a Page or Link by Email to anyone by using FILE dropdown on the tools bar even though my outlook Email program is connected.  I  get  message which suggests that Email default is not correctly installed, however the DEFAULT Check program does not find  a problem in this regard.
