Logged in OK, but when I go to change page, eg to search another ealier page of emails in inbox, or to send an email, I get a "there is an error with Outlook right now " message, yet when I check history and status, all is reported to be running fine..
I've had an email account, **@live.com, for a few years without any problems at all. However, accessing my account over the last couple of days on my iPhone I've noticed that mails in my Inbox only got back 1 week. I've checked all the settings and they
are set to 'no limit'. My sent box and other folders go way back, just my Inbox that appears to have been affected. It's the same if I access my account on my computer using an internet browser - Inbox mails only go back a week.
I've tried restoring messages via the Deleted folder as previous posts here have suggested, but that only brought back some junk mail that I had deleted and didn't need.
Please help. I've just gone self-employed and am using my @live.com account for business. This is a disaster.

I am running Windows 8.1 pro. For no apparent reason and without warning, the Access all files offline switch in Skydrive options turns itself off? Is there any reason for this?

It is Monday, October 28th, 2013. I am unable to access my Hotmail emails. When I put in my email and password, I receive a message on the screen which states that outlook.com is experiencing difficulties. This has been going on for several hours. Anyone else with this problem? I really need to access job related info. and Microsoft phone help cannot assist me. SOS!!
My inbox shows that I have "X" number of unread emails (11) but I can only find less of them (4). Where are the rest of them?

We were notified that Windows Live Hotmail Plus service(s) email is trying to bill our credit card - which recently changed. However, it is requiring we get a code and/or update the security in order to go on to the billing. SO, we did - only the email
it goes to no longer exists. How can we get someone to help us get this fixed. When we went in to update the email it says there is a 30 day period before you can do anything - in the meantime our service won't be able to get billed.
