I just noticed that several folders are missing! I have folders with very important info in them and want them back! How do I get them back?
how do i setup the message read and received in my mail settings ? Like when i send out a mail to someone and they open it i will get a msg that they received my mail and opened it.
I lost my My Favorites Browser over the weekend due to massive virus attack. I need help to restore the My Browser.
When I'm going through emails, I don't want Skype contacts to ring me.
How do I disable it while using outlook?
Can I disable Skype on one of my computers completely?
I only use Skype on my laptop, never on my desktop.
It's annoying when your Skype contacts ring you while you have Outlook open.
Sometimes I have a customer on the phone addressing issues in their email, or I contact someone from their contact info in an email.
It's distracting to receive a Skype call while you're on the phone with someone else.
I need to disable it.
I have gone to the settings in Outlook, People, Skydrive. There is no way to disable it.
Can someone help me with this issue?

Please help. I signed into my hotmail account today, and it automatically converted to an outlook.com account. Plus, ALL of my emails that I had saved in my inbox have been spontaneously deleted without warning. Some of these were very important to
me and I'd like to be able to get them back.
This is yet another disappointing action by Microsoft and another reason I am planning to use as few Microsoft products as possible in the future.
Please help. I have already tried to "restore deleted email" as directed by http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/recover-deleted-messages and
this has not done anything.
Going through my Junk Folder today for items received between October 25 and 28, 2013, I selected good ones and clicked "Not Junk", and instead of going to my Inbox as usual, they disapeeared, after a brief message appearing on screen saying that my "request
cannot be fulfilled at this time". These items cannot be found anywhere (Deleted Folder, etc.). Can you please help me retrieve these (some work related). Thanks.
