A couple of weeks ago, I was cleaning up my Inbox and realized I accidentally "swept" lots of emails from safe senders into my Junk mail. I thought I remedied the problem by moving all of those emails back to my Inbox a minute later when I realized what
I had done. I even made sure that all of those senders were on my safe senders list, and yes, the domains are as well. None of the senders or domains are in my blocked senders list and I do not have any rules set up on any of these senders. However, ever
since then, I receive no emails from those senders. Some of these senders (many of them newsletters, coupons, etc. which I WANT to get) were sending me emails a few times a week or even daily for YEARS. I have not received anything from any of them since
10/11/13. I even went to one website to Unsubscribe from their emails and made sure to resubscribe in case that was the issue. Still nothing. What can I do to make sure these emails come to my Inbox again?
I just added an outlook account and could have sworn I typed in JohnSmith but what came out is johnsmith. When I try to add JohnSmith as an alias I get an error "This address is the same as the current address for this account." If I close my account
and try to start again I have to wait a year for johnsmith to be release to the public. Is there any way around this?

I changed my picture and adjusted my name for my outlook.com email account but those changes haven't happened for the same account on my PC that I use to login to windows 8.1. It's like they won't sync and I have tried restarting my pc, signing in and
signing out of both outlook.com and windows 8.1 but still the changes I've made to my picture and name do not show up for my windows 8.1 account.
I would make the changes manually but I can't seem to change my name in windows, it just logs me into outlook.com where the name has already been changed.
Any ideas on how to get them to sync up?

I wonder if any of you had this issue before and what's the solution:
I use the People contact list and I sync it with my Blackberry 10 Contact application.
All well with the actual contacts, sync is smooth, the account on the BLackberry device is set up with ActiveSync so syncing is snappy.
The only issue I have is that the "personal" email address of a contact gets transferred to the blackberry as "Work" while the "Work" address becomes "Personal".
If I edit the contact to have it right on the web people application on outlook.com it gets reversed on the Blackberry 10.
If I edit, and therefore correct it on the blackberry device, so that work email is indeed "work" and personal is "personal" a few moments later, in outlook.com I find them, the other way around with the addresses reversed.
It is not a huge issue but it bothers me.
I have deleted the sync from the Blackberry and deleted all the contacts and and then added the contacts sync again, they all got back but, again, with work and personal fields interchanged so I am at a loss...
Any advice/hints/suggestions would be appreciated.

I am not able to send emails from Windows Live Mail to a group list in my category mail list. I receive the message "please select a recipient".
Outlook.com stopped connecting to my att.net POP3 mail as Thursday, 10/24. I have a ssbcglobal.net email account and an att.net email account that are no longer being refreshed in Outlook.com.
I was able to see my mail on my iPhone via my hotmail.com account, but that now does not work. I deleted the hotmail.com account from the iPhone and created new entries for each account separately. The accounts created on the iPhone successfully connected
to email server, but the server and port combination is different than what is allowed in Outlook.com. The incoming mail server to which the iPhone connects is imap.mail.yahoo.com. It uses SSL and the port number is 993. I do not know the outgoing mail
server settings.
Outlook.com defaults the incoming mail server to inbound.att.net and port number to 995. The server name can be changed, of course, but the only options for port numbers are 110 and 995. Is there any way to override the available port number options so
that I can try to connect to imap.mail.yahoo.com?

I deleted my profile picture for outlook. When I send emails the receiver's header shows an old twitter picture. I cant get rid of it despite deleting and uploading new profile pictures on outlook and twitter. HELP?
Dear Sirs/Mdm,
I wanted to send a video file but hotmail says it is too large.
I tried registering on Sky Drive as suggested but could not understand any of their options. Moreover "VIDEO" as a file or folder description did not appear in the menu of choices.
SKY DRIVE could not help me in this instance so I wish to DELETE it completely from my computer.
Can you tell me how to do this please?
