DELETED EMAILS

All of our emails between 10/13/13 and 5/11/11 were deleted, and it was not on our end.   This is a work email and we lost important emails.  What is going on outlook?!

Dears

I have an email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) which was hacked and through it my  instagram account was stolen

It has been a while me trying to get the hotmail account back, I filled forms from hotmail administration and sent an abuse complain to microsoft with messages back and forth with no results and finally a Tere named support employee sends me an email saying she will close my case,

When a person asks for support it means they need help not attitude, its a shame when it comes from support employee of one of the biggest corporations on the internet. One of my friends helped me to to come here and mention my problem

This was Tere from microsoft answer

"As previously stated, the Microsoft Account Public Moderators can best address your concern. Due to this reason I am closing your case, and any future requests for this issue will not be responded to."

Anyways, I am desperate to get my account back, how do I get my account back? how do sue who ever did it?

Is there a way I can get it back?

I have been sent an email twice but haven't received it. I've checked Junk and it isn't there. Is there a Spam area I need to check for this email? Is so, how do I access it? Thanks~

“Word (not responding)”

I have been using Office 365/Skydrive for months and loved it. On my desktop (windows 7), I access my skydrive files through Windows Explorer and edit directly in the software (word, excel, powerpoint). Suddenly it has become very slow and non-responsive. Any time I move the mouse or type, I get the green spinner and the message at the top says Word (not responding). It's impossible to work.

I tried signing in to skydrive online and editing the files that way, which results in a similar problem although not as consistently. Sometimes Word takes up to 30 seconds to open while it says "processing" and I have the same problems with it not responding.

I removed office 365 and re-installed but this didn't change anything.

If I access skydrive online from my Windows 7 laptop, I can edit in word or excel without any of these issues, so it's something on my desktop that is causing the problem all of the sudden.


Random Contacts are periodically deleted from Outlook since the upgrade from Hotmail

Hello,

Periodically I noticed that random contacts within my Outlook (used to be Hotmail) address book get wiped out.  Sometimes the Contact completely disappears, and other times the Contact is still in address book but all of the contact information is gone (email address, or if multiple email addresses, the primary email address I use is gone).   Yesterday, I notice 4 family members impacted and there could be more...  This time, all 4 still had their name in the Contacts, but (2 were missing their one and only email address and the other 2 were missing their two more primary email addresses leaving one email address I never use).  Confusing?  Yes.  Today, one that was verified to be there yesterday is gone.

The primary/home machine is a Mac using Safari and Chrome.  Safari remains logged in.  Work machine is PC running Chrome and I log out almost always. I have 4 "hotmail" email addresses synced to Samsung S4 but I am not losing anything on it.  I am only syncing contacts on the primary personal Hotmail address. I am also connected to the Outlook Exchange Server at work, but no issues there.

I have have checked the option to Restore Contacts and it says I have Zero to Restore.  I have never used the option to Clean Up contacts either.  Just simply send emails:(  

Any ideas?  I was hoping that this would resolve itself, but it does not seem like it will.  I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue since the addresses impacted are random.

Spell check

My email has decided to not do spell check anymore and I have no idea how to turn it back on.  The program is certainly not obvious as to where it might be.

New Emails

I cannot see new emails on my desktop unless I hit the refresh button. Emails immediately show up on my Google Nexus Tablet, which is set up for my Outlook Account. I use internet explorer on my desktop.
