Email problem

HI there, first question on here.

 

For some reason I am not receiving emails from a contact but get the reply all when someone else replies including viewing the original email minus attchments. I have added the contacts email address to the safe sender list and their domain but I am still having no joy.

 

Any ideas please?

It has been about 2weeks now that I began having an issue my emails the loging is fine it is when I try to open mail that it will not open when I click on,I have  to the click refreach in order to open mail,this happen all the time it is very anoying

not uploading anything

I have installed SkyDrive application to my windows phone,but after opening it,it is not uploading anything.

It is just showing"uploading files......".

Waste app.don't download.

My outlook email account was hacked . I opened an email from a known contact that asked me to log in which I stupidly did without thinking and listed my email account and password. to open the site. When I realized what I had done  I changed my password ASAP  which took a few minutes. I am using a MAC platform.. I sent the hackers address to Outlook. What should I do now ? Should I notify all my contacts to be on the alert for SPAM?  What will the hackers do with this information? Should I close this account?
PS the link opened up a Coldwell Banker real estate search page. Has anyone else run into this?

how do i deactivate my account? it keeps saying i need to cancel billing first. I dont have any billing.

I want to logout from outlook bue cant find where to do so.  we have multiple users and I like to logoff  I have office365 home premium
