My e-mail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is blocked.  I have tried for two days to get it open.  Microsoft keeps saying they sent a code to my 2 backup e-mail address'.  The code never arrives.  Can anyone help me with this problem?

I am experiencing problems that everytime I try and attach files to an email in outlook or go into skydrive I get a 'pop up' stating 'Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the programme to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available' It then closes. Is there a solution or is there some sort of virus?

I have Win 8.  Have been using Live Mail ok for several months.  Now, when I send an email, the previous message to the recipient is REMOVED from the, 'Sent,' folder and REPLACED by the one I've just sent.  Once removed, I can't get it back - it doesn't go to the, 'Deleted,' folder.  Where does it go, and why, and how do I stop this happening ?   HELP !    Keith Woods

Windows Live Mail 2012

My Windows Live Mail 2012 has been working fine up until a few says ago.  Now I can receive emails but I cannot reply to incoming emails and I cannot compose anew email from scratch.  II get an error message which says the following: " A problem occurred while trying to open this message.  A problem has occurred.  Please try again."

 

I called my internet provider (Bell) and they checked things out and said it is a problem with Windows Live Mail.  They gave me a 1 800 number to Microsoft.  After playing ring around the rosy on two separate occasions and being on the phone for a long time I was finally told they could do nothing.  The lady suggested that I come to this sight and seek help.

 

Bell told me that I might have to re-install the Windows Live Mail but that would mean I would lose all of my contact info and my stored emails.  I do not want that to happen.  Does anybody have any ideas

Thank you.  I'll resubmit my question and would appreciate an answer.   I have been unable to forward e-mail

since outlook started and have asked how many times.   I've never had an answer or have never found an

answer.  I would really like to forward after several years, please give me a simple answer or how to answer.

Is it possible to us my outlook.com Account as an Exchange Active Sync Account at my MAC Mail Application, because i want using my calender too.
